The advent of the National Committee for Unity and Development (CNRD) in power on September 5, 2021 has given a new dynamic within the Guinean administration. With the vision of His Excellency Colonel Mamadi DOUMBOUYA, President of the Transition, the Government is hard at work to lead our country to emergence.
In its mission to offer Guinea a coherent and operational political framework for the development of young people, the promotion of their employment and the development of sport, the Ministry of Youth and Sports is investing in order to ensure a a better future for our young athletes by giving them the means to build themselves in a competitive environment.
Indeed, in accordance with decree D/2017/269/PRG/SGG of October 16, 2017 on its creation and operation, the Sports Development Assistance Fund (FADES) is a Public Administrative Establishment (EPA). It is placed under the technical supervision of the Ministry in charge of Sports and has legal personality and administrative and financial autonomy.
Its mission is to support the implementation of sports development projects and programs and to ensure their follow-up. Its targets are sports organizations and local communities within the framework of the promotion and development of sports activities.
To achieve its objectives, the General Management of FADES sets up communication channels in order to make itself known and above all to communicate on its various activities.
We welcome you to this website where you will find information on the Ministry of Youth and Sports in general and particularly on the FADES. Through this portal, our partners could make announcements, Internet users and players in Guinean sport will have the opportunity to interact with FADES and obtain information for their possible requests.
This platform is therefore intended to be a dynamic communication tool with you. My team and I hope that this website will bring more to the development of sport in Guinea.
